What we do best

Built around cold freight.

Five things shippers and brokers count on us for, before we ever talk about lanes.

  • Reefer

    Refrigerated freight is our core.

Produce, fresh and frozen meat, poultry and frozen food, with grocery and general freight on dry vans. We run the setpoint on your bill of lading, pre-cool before loading, and watch the box temperature for the whole trip.

    Refrigerated trucking
  • Dispatch

One dispatch team that knows every load.

Orders are entered once and dispatched from Dallas–Fort Worth. Our dispatchers plan around appointment times, hours of service and reefer needs, and they answer when you call.

  • Technology

Live tracking, with AI doing the paperwork.

Every truck reports GPS and every reefer reports box temperature. AI reads each bill of lading and delivery receipt so exceptions reach our team right away.

  • Communication

You hear from us before you ask.

A tracking link at dispatch, an email at every status change, the signed BOL at pickup and the POD at delivery. No chasing a driver for updates.

  • Equipment

Late-model trucks, assigned to their drivers.

Kenworth, Volvo and Freightliner Cascadia tractors pulling refrigerated trailers with wireless temperature sensors. APU and inverter in every truck.

Dispatch and technology

See the load, not just the truck.

Our dispatch runs on our own transportation system. Every truck reports GPS, every reefer reports box temperature, and AI reads every bill of lading and delivery receipt, so problems surface early.

  • Live GPS and box temperatureOn one tracking link, for every load.
  • AI document checksBOLs and PODs read automatically, with shortages and damage notes flagged to dispatch.
  • Orders entered onceNo retyping between booking, dispatch and billing.
  • API connectionsWe can connect our system to your shipping orders.

Questions

Straight answers.

What shippers, brokers and receivers ask us most.

What is Delivery Matic?

Delivery Matic is a full truckload refrigerated trucking company based in Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas. It runs its own trucks and drivers, delivers to customers across the United States, and runs the Texas–Mexico border in both directions. It is a Teamwork of America company.

What freight does Delivery Matic haul?

Fresh produce, fresh and frozen meat and poultry, and frozen food in reefers, plus grocery and general freight in dry vans, all as full truckloads.

Do your drivers load or unload?

No. All our freight is no-touch for our drivers. We deliver dock to dock: the shipper loads the trailer and the receiver unloads it.

How do I book a load?

Request a quote on our website or call sales. Once we agree on the rate and payment terms, you'll receive a link to auto-generate the bill of lading (BOL) online, and we dispatch the truck.

Does Delivery Matic deliver outside Texas?

Yes. We deliver over the road from Texas to customers across the United States, and we offer dedicated lanes for regular freight.

Does Delivery Matic haul to and from the Mexican border?

Yes, both ways. We pick up imports at Laredo, Pharr / McAllen, El Paso, Eagle Pass and Del Rio, and we haul exports from U.S. farms, meat producers and exporters to those crossings.

How does Delivery Matic keep food loads safe?

We inspect and pre-cool trailers before loading, seal loads, read the box temperature during the trip and keep that record for the shipper and receiver, following the FDA Sanitary Transportation rule and USDA FSIS guidance.

Can I track my load and its temperature?

Yes. Every load gets a tracking link with the truck's live location and the reefer box temperature next to the temperature on your order.

Is Delivery Matic insured?

Yes. Delivery Matic operates under its own authority with insurance from an A+ rated insurer. Certificates of insurance are available by email.

Why do you ask for the cargo value?

So we can confirm that our cargo insurance covers your load before we book it.
