Insurance
Delivery Matic operates under its own authority with insurance from an A+ rated insurer. To get a certificate of insurance naming your company, email info@deliverymatic.com with the certificate holder's name and address.
Cargo claims
If product arrives short, damaged or out of temperature, note it on the delivery receipt and email legal@deliverymatic.com as soon as you can. A written claim should include:
- The bill of lading and the signed delivery receipt
- An invoice or other proof of the product's value
- Photos of the product and the trailer
- Any rejection or inspection report from the receiver
- The amount you are claiming
Claims are handled under the federal rules for motor carrier cargo claims.
Privacy
We collect only what we need to move freight and hire drivers:
- Details you send in a quote request or email, such as your name, company, email, phone and load information
- Driver applications, which are submitted through our secure hiring portal
- Location and temperature readings from our trucks and trailers, which we share with the customer on each load
We use this information to answer requests, run and bill loads, hire drivers and meet legal requirements. We don't sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, or when the law requires it. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email legal@deliverymatic.com.
Website terms
This website describes our services. A quote is an estimate until we confirm the load in a written rate confirmation. Tracking and temperature information is shown as our equipment reports it and can be delayed. Tracking pages and the hiring portal are hosted on our transportation management system.
