Fresh and frozen, on the same fleet
Fresh meat and poultry usually ride just above freezing, around 28°F to 34°F. Frozen meat rides at 0°F or colder. Our reefers run the setpoint on your order for the whole trip.

Meat for export
We haul fresh and frozen meat for U.S. producers and exporters to the Texas–Mexico border crossings. The load is sealed at the plant, and the seal and export paperwork stay with it to the border warehouse or customs broker.
Handled to federal guidance
We follow USDA FSIS guidance for transporting meat and poultry and the FDA Sanitary Transportation rule: trailers inspected and pre-cooled before loading, sealed loads, and temperature records kept for the shipper and receiver.
